Guests are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance for spa services at Eaglewood Resort And Spa. Appointments can be booked online or by calling 630-694-5903. For convenience, booking several weeks in advance is recommended, especially for spa packages or groups of 5 or more. All appointments require a credit card guarantee.
Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price plus a 22% service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price plus a 22% service charge.
A 22% service charge is included in the listed price of services and will be applied at the time of checkout.
To ensure a relaxing experience at Eaglewood Resort and Spa, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
Separate men’s and women’s locker rooms are equipped with lockers, robes, and slippers. Eaglewood Resort and Spa recommends leaving valuables, including jewelry, at home as they are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
The tranquil atmosphere at Eaglewood Resort and Spa is to be respected. Please maintain a quiet demeanor in the Relaxation Room, and turn off cell phones and electronic devices. Photography and videography are prohibited throughout the spa. If you wish to take photos, please contact the front desk.
Eaglewood Resort and Spa guests have access to the Relaxation Room with light refreshments and the Indoor Pool area including the Sauna, Steam Room, and Whirlpool before and after spa services. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa and pool areas. Separate men’s and women’s locker rooms are also provided for pool and amenity guests.
The professional staff at Eaglewood Resort and Spa are all licensed and meet high standards of education, experience, and customer service. The spa will attempt to accommodate requests for a specific gender of therapist at the time of booking. Professional draping techniques are used throughout all treatments to ensure guest privacy.
Spa services at Eaglewood Resort and Spa are available to guests 18 years of age and older.
Prior to services, guests must complete a health questionnaire, including information about pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies, cancer treatments, injuries, illnesses, and the use of medications that may affect the skin.
