Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre allows small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no larger than 6″ x 9″ OR clear plastic bags no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have items that are not permitted into the venue, please leave them in your vehicle.
Shows will take place rain or shine, unless there is severe weather. Please follow our social media pages for updates.
You can arrive at the venue 60-90 minutes before show time, but check your specific event page for exact times.
Parking lots generally open 30 minutes prior to scheduled door time. General admission parking is included with your ticket. For easier entry and exit, choose Premier Parking or Easy Out Parking.
Pick-up and drop-off is located on the West side of the venue, past Gate 3. Please inform the parking staff you are doing a pick-up/drop-off and they will direct you. When picking up guests, arrive 45 minutes prior to the end of the show—you will not be able to enter if you arrive later. For rideshare services, proceed to Palm Lane on the Southwest side of the venue.
Upon arrival, you will be required to walk through a metal detector, and may be subject to pat-downs and bag checks. Be prepared—check out our bag policy and permitted and prohibited items in our FAQs.
Your tickets are on your phone. Before you head out, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app.
We are a cashless venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, please visit Guest Services and they will exchange cash for a card (free of charge).
Box offices are only open on event days. The West Box Office opens at 12pm, the East Box Office opens approximately one hour prior to doors. Box offices are cashless and only accept credit or debit cards.
You can find sought-after memorabilia at our Concert Gear booths located in the East and West plazas. For some events, you’ll find additional booths scattered throughout the venue.
If you’re a designated driver, our concession stands will provide one free soda for guests who pledge to be the designated driver for their group. Please visit the designated driver booth at our Guest Services locations in the East and West plazas.
You will find recycling bins throughout the venue.
