From the signature Ave restaurant to the beachfront Coccoloba bar, the resort’s three dining venues, overseen by Chef Massimo De Francesca, utilize fresh, local ingredients to create diverse and enticing menus. The nine-seat chef’s counter at Avecita, featuring a wood-fired grill and plancha, is a must-try for culinary enthusiasts. Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, along with the adjacent 62 residential units at The Residences at Seafire, is the first resort and residential development by Dart Real Estate, in collaboration with Dart Development. The project is a culmination of the vision of Dayna Lee and Ted Berner of Powerstrip Studio in Los Angeles, Mark Sopp of SB Architects in San Francisco, and Craig Stoner of EDSA, along with Ave Bradley, Kimpton’s Global Senior Vice President of Design & Creative Director. Targeting LEED® Silver certification, the resort demonstrates a commitment to recycled materials, energy efficiency, and respect for the natural environment.
