Open flames such as candles, etc. are strictly prohibited inside the rooms at Juniper Springs Resort Mammoth. Guests are responsible for ensuring all belongings and personal items are kept away from the fireplace at all times. In-room fireplaces are thermostatically controlled and will turn on as needed to keep the room warm. Juniper Springs Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including rooms, balconies, and patios. Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused by non-compliance or negligence.
No pets are allowed at the resort, with the exception of service animals. Please contact the front desk in advance with any questions regarding service animals. For condo owners, pets are not permitted to be left alone on balconies/patios. Barking dogs will be deemed a disturbance and will be asked to vacate the resort.
Mammoth Lodging Collection, the management company for Juniper Springs Resort, makes reasonable accommodations for Service Animals, but this does not extend to Emotional Support Animals.
Maximum occupancy limits for each condo at Juniper Springs Resort are strictly enforced. No additional guests, visitors, or other individuals beyond the registered number are permitted. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine per person, per night, and may result in immediate removal from the resort.

A one-night deposit plus tax is required at the time of booking at Juniper Springs Resort Mammoth. Full payment of the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 10 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The cancellation policy at Juniper Springs Resort Mammoth allows you to cancel or modify up to 7 days for winter and 2 days for summer prior to your arrival date without penalty. Cancellations or modifications within 7 days (winter) or 2 days (summer) of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
Summer 2024: 4/16/2024 – 11/14/2024. Winter 2024/2025: 11/15/2024 – 4/21/2025. Summer 2025: 4/22/2025 – 11/20/2025.
A resort fee of $25 plus tax, per room, per night, will be applied at Juniper Springs Resort Mammoth. This fee includes internet access, one parking space per reservation, and seasonal amenities (when applicable).
A $1 per night donation to the Mammoth Mountain Community Foundation will be added to your bill. You may opt out of this donation at check-in. This foundation supports educational and athletic programs for children in the Mammoth community.
