Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach welcomes Sushi | Bar, a renowned Japanese restaurant known for its innovative and refined cuisine, to the resort this holiday season. Sushi | Bar will offer a meticulously crafted 17-course omakase menu featuring the freshest, sustainably sourced fish from around the globe.
This culinary experience highlights the chef’s unique artistry in preparing nigiri and other delicacies. Guests will savor exquisite dishes such as bluefin tuna aged with dried red miso and bagel seasoning; Hokkaido scallops paired with white truffle salt, shaved black truffles, and truffle spherified caviar; and Japanese amberjack accompanied by pineapple, passion fruit, shishito vinaigrette, and toasted coconut.
The Living Room at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach will be transformed into an intimate dining space with a dedicated omakase counter, allowing guests to witness the meticulous preparation of each dish.
The artwork adorning the space is created by watercolor artist Lydia Marie Elizabeth, who focuses on capturing interior spaces and architecture.
Sushi | Bar at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach will be available on select dates from December 17, 2024, to January 4, 2025, with two seating times at 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
