Fees and Taxes: 2.07% (plus a resort fee of $10.00/room/night).
Reservation Policy: A deposit for the first night’s lodging will be collected at the time of purchase. For Cabin 501 Retreat, one-half of the total reservation cost is due at booking. The remainder of the payment plus 1% state tax is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the entire reservation cost and cleaning fee are due and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee. If canceled within 10 days of stay, the entire deposit is forfeited. Winter holiday reservations require 30 days cancellation notice. No refunds for early departures. For Cabin 501 Retreat, cancellations are accepted with at least 30 days notice and a $50.00 service fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit the entire deposit, fees and taxes paid. After the initial reservation, the number of days booked CANNOT be changed.
Other Policies: Pets are welcome in most of the rental units. A $10.00/day/pet fee will be added to your bill. Pets must be leashed at all times while on the Diamond Lake Resort property. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. A non-refundable $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if a pet is not registered and paid for. Additional charges may be assessed for damages and cleaning. No pets allowed in the Retreat or Jacuzzi rooms.
Room rates are based on double occupancy for lodging rooms. Each additional guest 18 years and older will be charged $3.00/night. Cabin rates are not based on occupancy; there will be no additional per person charge. Rates do not include lodging tax and resort fee. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please note there is an additional non-refundable $10.00 resort fee/room/night. All rooms and buildings are non-smoking, anyone smoking outside must be at least 10 ft. away from buildings. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00/night, room restrictions may apply. Cribs are available at no charge but are very limited and only allowed in cabins.
