Anchor Down RV Resort requires a 14-day cancellation notice prior to arrival. Cancellations made 13 to 3 days before arrival forfeit 100% of the deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 2 days of arrival forfeit the entire stay. Cancellations must be made by phone during resort hours. Email cancellations are not accepted.

nightly rental rates include up to 4 people, 1 RV, and 1 car. Buddy Site rentals, for two adjacent sites (1 back-in and 1 pull-through), include up to 8 people, 2 RVs, and 2 cars. This site is designed for at least one Motorhome in the pull-through spot. A 25% deposit is required.
A 3-night minimum stay is required for holidays and special events. Sites 139-175 require a 4-night minimum. Extra person fees are $10/night (maximum 6 people per site). Visitor fees apply May through September.
Extra vehicle parking is $3.50/night. Personal golf cart usage is $5/night and requires proof of valid liability insurance ($50,000 minimum) at check-in. Golf cart rentals are $45/day (9 am – 9 pm).
Cornhole game rentals are $10/day (9 am – 9 am), Jet Ski slips and docks are $20/night (10 am – 10 am), and life jacket rentals are $8/day (until 9 pm). The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day Weekend. All rates are subject to tax.
