Chetola Resort welcomes dogs in select ground and second-floor rooms, based on availability. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs each are permitted per room for a fee of $50 per night, per dog; other animals are not allowed. Please email ([email protected]) in advance to ensure a dog-friendly room is reserved.
All dogs must be leashed in all public spaces and must be out of the room or crated during any housekeeping or maintenance services. Violations of the pet policy will result in a $100 per day, per animal penalty and may result in termination of stay without refund.
Pets are not permitted in Chetola’s Manor House or any of the luxury Chetola Premier Condominiums.
Check-in time at Chetola Resort is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. A valid photo ID and credit card with available credit for the full amount of the stay are required upon check-in. All rooms in Chetola Lodge are non-smoking.
Cribs and rollaway beds are available for $10 per day. Some handicapped accessible rooms are available.
Chetola Resort encourages advance reservations. A major credit card is accepted to guarantee a reservation. Rates do not include state or local taxes. Payment by cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, Traveler’s Checks, or personal check (with proper ID and major credit card). Debit cards are accepted but not encouraged. Valid photo identification and a credit card are required upon check-in. Three days advance notice is required for cancellation refunds. Date change requests will be subject to availability. Rates are subject to change without notice. Services and amenities do not apply to group bookings.
