Your first night’s room and tax, as well as any first-night incidentals, will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your reservation at Crown Reef Beach Resort And Waterpark. The credit card used for the deposit must be presented at check-in, along with a matching photo ID. The total cost includes room, resort, reservation, destination marketing fees, and taxes as well as any purchased incidentals. Taxes and fees are subject to change.
Your remaining balance is due upon arrival and can be paid with a credit or debit card. The credit or debit card must bear a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo and must be imprinted with the cardholder’s name; matching photo identification must also be presented. Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark cannot accept checks, money orders, cash, pre-paid cards, gift cards, or foreign currency. A 2.5% convenience fee will be added at check-in for credit card payments, however, this fee is waived for debit card payments. Certain packages/specials may have differing deposit/payment requirements. Please refer to the rate plan details.
Room rates are based on two adults and two children per room at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark. For each additional person in the room over the age of 16, there is a $10 extra person charge per night. Cribs are complimentary and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Grilling is not permitted on balconies.
A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required upon arrival as a security deposit at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark. The pre-authorization, less any applicable charges, will be released upon departure. Availability of funds may vary depending on your financial institution and account type and may take upwards of 10 days.
One parking pass per room may be purchased per reservation if booked in a Standard/Efficiency room or two passes per suite. A $15/night overnight parking fee, per vehicle, will be charged at check-in at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark. Recreational vehicles and trailers are not permitted.
No pets are allowed. There will be a $500 charge for having a pet in the room. Service animals are not considered pets when required to perform a specific task for the owner and must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. However, emotional support animals are considered pets and are not permitted at any time at Crown Reef Beach Resort and Waterpark.
