Check-in takes place at the front desk in the hotel lobby. Guests are no longer required to wear face masks when visiting the Resort & Casino, Sandia Golf, Green Reed Spa, Bien Mur Gift Shop, and convenience stores. Temperature checks are also no longer conducted.

Sandia Resort & Casino is committed to thorough cleaning and sanitization. Television remotes and bathroom amenities are sanitized after each guest. After departure, each room is cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions effective against COVID-19. Items such as notepads and pens are available upon request. Glassware and mugs have been replaced with individually wrapped cups and lids.
Evening turndown service is not currently offered by Housekeeping.
Sandia Resort & Casino prohibits the use of cannabis on the property, including Sandia Amphitheater, Sandia Golf Club, Green Reed Spa, and Sandia Lakes. All guest rooms, including outside balconies, are NON-SMOKING. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and cannabis. Violators of this policy will be fined $250 per violation and may be asked to leave the property without a refund. Designated smoking areas are located outside and away from buildings. Cannabis use is prohibited at all times.
