The resort is undergoing upgrades and renovations to enhance the guest experience. New living room and dining room furniture has been ordered and is expected to be installed in the fall of 2022. However, due to ongoing supply chain issues, a firm installation date has not been determined.
In 2023, master bathroom renovations, including bathtubs and showers, will continue during the following timeframes: 1/2/2023 – 1/31/2023, 4/16/2023 – 5/6/2023 and 9/9/2023 – 10/7/2023. There will be some noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM during construction.
The Resort on Cocoa Beach’s annual maintenance shutdown will take place from September 30, 2023, to October 7, 2023. During this period, the resort will be closed for system maintenance and upgrades.
Each two-bedroom condo at The Resort on Cocoa Beach is fully furnished with one king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Units include a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Each condo has a private balcony, with a maximum occupancy of six and private sleeping accommodations for four.
